Architect
A sequenced plan: waves, owners, maintenance windows, rollback paths, and a fixed price against a defined scope. Reviewed with your team before anyone touches production.
Operate
We execute the waves, verify against acceptance criteria, then hand over documentation and runbooks your team can actually run. Managed cover afterwards is optional, never a lock-in.
